The Role

What You’ll Do

• Design product interfaces that communicate complex geospatial and financial data clearly.
• Develop and maintain Aarden’s design system and visual language.
• Work closely with engineering to bring designs to life and ensure seamless handoffs.
• Contribute to product strategy and prioritization through user-centered design thinking.
• Support brand and marketing projects with creative visual design as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong product design skills and attention to detail from concept to final design.
• Comfort working across product, marketing, and (optionally) front-end engineering.
• Ability to simplify complex data into elegant, usable interfaces.
• Curiosity, creativity, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Self-driven with strong collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience in data visualization or geospatial design.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Tailwind).
• Background in brand or storytelling design.
• Prior startup experience or enthusiasm for fast-paced, iterative work.
