Graduate Fellowship Program (3 months)

January - April 2026

Step into a 12-week, fully sponsored fellowship program, designed for graduates who want to grow fast, be immersed in deep tech work that makes a big impact and contribute to significant national innovation. This program brings together data, engineering, and project delivery disciplines in a guided learning and development journey, blending practical work with expert mentorship.

You’ll join a cohort of ten fellows moving through three phases:

Foundation, where you learn Amini’s ecosystem and tools;
Specialization, where you dive into your chosen track;
and Integration, where every discipline comes together to build the customer Data Sandbox.

The structure of the program is 70 percent hands-on project work, 20 percent mentorship, and 10 percent theory.

At every step, you work on real problems faced by ministries and partners, creating tools, models, and systems that will be used long after the program ends.

Tracks You Can Specialize In

The fellowship offers several focused role streams designed to match your interests and strengths:

  • Research Engineering (Connectivity)
    Design resilient network models using TV White Space and edge technologies to expand rural digital access.
  • Computer Vision (OCR & Transcription)
    Build OCR and transcription pipelines to digitize government records and power data ingestion for national systems.
  • Data Engineering
    Create data pipelines, publish APIs, and support the secure exchange of datasets across ministries.
  • Data Science & Machine Learning
    Apply predictive models to real government data in areas like agriculture, climate, and public operations.
  • Solutions Engineering
    Support ministry teams end to end, delivering dashboards, integrations, and technical onboarding.
  • Project Management
    Coordinate delivery, communication, and reporting to keep cross-functional projects on track.

Why Join

This fellowship gives you more than training. You leave with real portfolio pieces, direct mentoring, and a close understanding of how data and technology shape public systems. Top performers may receive offers to continue working with Amini on future projects.

If you're a self-driven graduate, who picks up new concepts quickly and can make data led decisions, see connections and you are ready to advance your skills and build solutions that matter, this program is for you.

The program provides a unique opportunity to learn about leading edge technology in an environment where you will be supported to apply new skills, work autonomously, solve problems, whilst being challenged to grow.
