Array Labs is building a distributed radar imaging constellation to power the first accurate, real-time 3D model of the world.
You are a strategic partner and administrative cornerstone for our CEO and leadership team. You will be instrumental in maximizing our leadership team's time, focus, and effectiveness through seamless scheduling, communication management, and operational support. Our ideal candidate is proactive, predictive, and possesses immense judgment.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary strategic partner for our CEO and executive team.
- Proactively manage and optimize complex and dynamic calendars, acting as a gatekeeper to protect executive focus.
- Coordinate and manage all domestic and international travel and logistics, including accommodations and itineraries.
- Plan and execute all high-stakes meetings, including board meetings, investor check-ins, leadership offsites, and company all-hands.
- Build and manage our "executive operating system"—the cadence and rhythm of the business, including meeting agendas, action item tracking, and follow-ups.
- Develop the repeatable playbook for board meetings, from material preparation to day-of logistics.
Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Mastery of modern productivity and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack).
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience supporting multiple C-level executives simultaneously.
- Experience at a venture-backed (Series A-C) company.
- Proven ability to be proactive, predictive, and "one step ahead" of executive needs.
- Experience planning and executing board meetings and company-wide events.
ITAR Requirements:
- To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
