As a Raw Materials Analyst, you'll be the go-to expert for understanding and forecasting the market trends of key ingredients like fats & oils, sunflowers, and grains. You'll play a vital role in helping our procurement and production teams make informed, forward-thinking decisions.

• Monitor and analyse raw material markets, with a focus on fats & oils, grains, and sunflowers
• Forecast trends and provide early warnings to guide purchasing and investment decisions
• Identify risks and opportunities across the supply landscape
• Support strategic sourcing with market intelligence and insights
• Build and maintain robust, well-structured forecasting models and databases
• Present complex data in a clear, visual, and actionable way
• Work closely with procurement, supply chain, and production teams to align forecasts with business needs

• Solid experience in the raw materials or commodities market, ideally with a focus on grains or fats & oils
• Strong analytical and commercial background
• Deep understanding of how commodity markets operate
• Proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership
• Creative thinker who can spot patterns and think beyond standard solutions
