About Spoor
Spoor is an ambitious, venture capital-backed scale-up on a mission to make wind power nature-friendly. About the Role
As Head of Partnerships, you'll build and scale Spoor's global partner ecosystem from the ground up by creating the channels, relationships, and programmes that accelerate our market access and revenue growth across energy markets worldwide.
This is a senior, high-impact role reporting directly to the CCO. You'll define our partnership strategy, land and develop relationships with environmental consultancies, infrastructure providers, and other key players, and lay the foundations for a world-class partnerships function. Over time, you'll build and lead a team to match.

Develop a clear Ideal Partner Profile (IPP), map and prioritise the partner landscape across existing and new markets, and focus on high-impact partners that accelerate market access and deployment capacity.
Develop differentiated partnership models for each category — from referral and co-sell arrangements with environmental consultancies to integration and co-deployment agreements with infrastructure providers.
Build a structured partner pipeline and prioritise opportunities based on strategic fit, revenue potential, and market access.

Establish the culture, processes, and tools that enable a high-performing partnerships team, with AI adoption embedded as a core competency.
Represent Spoor at industry events, conferences, and partner forums to build visibility and strengthen the partner network.

Feed partner insights and market intelligence into the product team to inform the roadmap and ensure our technology meets evolving partner needs
Work with marketing to develop co-marketing initiatives, joint case studies and partner-facing content
